Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.Qualifications: 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED. Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors. Minimum 1 year working with children. Reliable transportation. Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics. Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB. Posted salary range USD $17.00 - USD $20.00/hr.
