VP, Business Assurance Services

For our client, we are seeking a VP Business Assurance Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment. Location: Tampa, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $248,000 – $372,000 annually Responsibilities Develop a flexible annual assurance and advisory plan based on risk methodologies aligned with company priorities Implement the assurance and advisory plan under Audit Committee and senior leadership support Assess systems and controls to identify deficiencies and enabling sustainable remediation Inform Audit Committee and senior leadership about emerging trends in governance and risk Own and evolve the SOX Compliance program ensuring clarity and execution discipline Leverage analytics and automation to enhance efficiency and quality in work output Drive compliance and procedural adherence through collaboration with HR, legal, and leadership Qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business fields; Master degree preferred 15+ years in Audit, Accounting, or Finance functions One or more relevant professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE) Demonstrated leadership and development of teams Strong communication skills and interaction with Board of Directors and senior leadership Ability to influence global organizational improvement Combination of Big 4 and industry experience preferred Benefits Employee Assistance Program available to all employees Insurance coverage including health, life, and disability plans for employees and eligible family members Retirement plan contributions available to secure financial future Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays to ensure work-life balance Healthcare supplemental insurance in Canada along with retirement options Vacation and personal time off along with various paid holidays in Canada Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
