About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Assurance Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a flexible annual assurance and advisory plan that is in line with the company's key risks, priorities, and initiatives. This role requires a professional with a BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in audit, accounting, or finance functions. The VP will also be expected to hold one or more relevant professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE. A combination of Big 4 and industry experience is preferred. The role demands a leader who can balance the dual roles of being an independent, objective assurance provider and a collaborative, consultative business partner. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include owning and evolving the SOX Compliance program, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI to drive efficiency, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial, managerial, and operating information. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams, as well as the ability to influence global organizational improvement. They should be adept at clear and actionable communication, and have a strong ability to identify and recommend solutions for regulatory challenges. The role also involves regular interaction with the Audit Committee and senior leadership, and the VP will be expected to provide clear, actionable communication on risks, findings, and emerging issues to drive effective decision-making and remediation.
