Home Helpers Home Care of West Marietta is hiring experienced caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs for short and long daytime shifts throughout Marietta and the greater West Cobb area.

We currently have an immediate need for an experienced caregiver to fill a 12-hour daytime shift with weekend availability . Additional short, medium, and long daytime assignments are also available as our client base grows.

Current Hiring Need

We are especially seeking caregivers who:

• Are available for 12-hour daytime shifts
• Have Saturday and/or Sunday availability
• Are also open to short 2–4 hour, medium 4–8 hour, or other long daytime assignments
• Are comfortable with hands-on personal care
• Have experience with dementia or memory support
• Are comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
• Want consistent client assignments and the opportunity to build hours

Responsibilities May Include

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Dementia and memory-care support
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Companionship and supervision
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation and errands
• Fall-prevention and safety support

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Previous professional caregiving experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Strong communication skills
• Patient, compassionate, and respectful
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Experience with dementia, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or higher-acuity senior care is especially valuable
• CNA, PCA, HHA, home care, senior care, or similar experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

• $17–$19 per hour based on experience, skills, and assignment
