About the Position

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced ICU/CCU RN to deliver high-quality, age-appropriate care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with serious respiratory and/or cardiac conditions. This role involves an 80-hour schedule every two weeks (no exceptions), caring for a 4-bed unit with a typical 1:2 nurse-patient ratio, after-hours PACU recovery, and occasional float to OB, MS, PACU, or ER based on competency. Hospital and unit orientations provided.

Requirements

✅ Requirements:

• Active state RN license

• Minimum 2 years ICU/CCU experience

• ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS (NIHSS preferred)

• Cerner EMR experience

• Ability to work nights/rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

• ER experience recommended

• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
