Responsibilities:

• Clear communication (verbal and written) with all levels of the organization both internal & external (brand partners, external shipping partners, etc.)
• Collaboration with core operations to resolve product and/or process flow issues
• Support of brand initiated requests & activities (BIAs)
• Support core operations in general research through collaboration and partnership including, wave research and carton/pallet research
• Support our inventory control measures and provide guidance to the operation for resolutions
• Create, maintain and disseminate documentation of processes (SOPs, process flow charts, best methods, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DC operations is useful
• Warehouse Management Systems skills
• Microsoft office skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and changing priorities
• Work as a great teammate within the department and across the business internally and externally
• Core competencies: Drives Results, Action Oriented, Collaborates, Decision Making, Nimble Learning
