We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Accountant to support the CFO in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling sensitive financial information, managing complex accounting processes, and contributing to the company’s financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage monthly journal entries Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records Handle revenue recognition processes within a SaaS environment Support financial audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliations Review and validate payroll bookings and related reconciliations Manage accounting activities across multiple currencies and international bank accounts Collaborate closely with the CFO on financial reporting and accounting operations Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation Assist in improving accounting workflows and financial processes Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities as needed Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as Accountant or similar accounting role Strong hands‑on experience with: Ramp Chargebee Xero Revenue recognition Reconciliations and journal entries Audit preparation Advanced Excel skills required Experience with Power Query or advanced spreadsheet and reporting tools Experience working in multi‑currency and international accounting environments Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executive leadership, including CFOs or finance leadership teams Exposure to cash flow forecasting and financial planning processes Experience in SaaS, tech, or high‑growth startup environments Background in multi‑entity or international accounting operations Core Competencies Strong accountability and reliability Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self‑motivated and capable of working autonomously Strong critical thinking and decision‑making abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Simera
