Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Leading HCP marketing strategy and execution for key professional supplement brands, the full-time Senior Brand Marketing Manager will drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs while managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Lead HCP marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of professional supplement brands across multiple sales channels Develop and coach a team of marketing professionals, providing hands-on support as needed Serve as the primary marketing partner to the HCP sales organization, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for HCP and nutritional supplement industry experience 3+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching marketing teams Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into business strategies
