About the Role

This is a full-time, remote (US-only) role for a Senior Account Executi ve. This role is not responsible for initial outreach. Meetings are set through inbound, digital, and outbound efforts run by dedicated teams. Your responsibility begins once a qualified prospect is on the calendar. From that point onward, you own the process . Candidates from Eastern, Central & Mountain Time zone are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and product demos with qualified prospects
• Deeply qualify opportunities and assess businessfit
• Own the closing and demo stages of the sales cycle; lead generation will be handled separately
• Work closely with leadership and product teams to shape proposals and deal strategy
• Manage deals through negotiation, contracting, and handoff to implementation
• Act as a trusted partner to prospects during evaluation and decision-making

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
• Comfortable running enterprise or mid-market sales cyles
• Experience with Conversational AI, CCaaS, AI voice agents, / CX Automation or adjacent platforms is highly preferred
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to grow with the company
• Comfortable operating with ownership, accountability, and autonomy
