This role combines Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and cross-functional collaboration to ensure stable, resilient, and supportable solutions.In this role, you will:Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional areaContribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasksReview and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityWork with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolutionLead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standardsCollaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Strong experience in production support, SRE, or platform engineering in enterprise environments2+ years of hands-on experience with observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, GCP monitoring tools)Desired Qualifications:Experience in incident management, including triage, stakeholder communication, resolution coordination, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) completion.Consumer Technology experienceJob Expectations:Participate in on-call rotations and provide leadership during major production incidents.Position will require onsite presence at one of the posted locationRelocation assistance is not available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting End Date: 15 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
