Adult/Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Job West of St. Louis

A growing, value-based primary care organization with multiple locations across the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Creve Coeur . This opportunity is available due to continued growth and demand for high-quality, senior-focused care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $125,000–$150,000 based on experience

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Outpatient only – no weekends
• Rotating after-hours phone calls one night per week
• Focused on patients ages 65 and older
• Responsibilities include well-checks, preventive care, same-day and sick visits
• Low patient volume: 8–10 patients per day for more personalized care
• ALL Scripts EHR

Qualifications:

• Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience is preferred, but new graduates with strong ICU experience will be considered
• Ability to practice autonomously with the support of a clinical team
