Pay Range: $27.74-$40.80 Per HR Description:
Provide second-level end-user support for regional offices.
Assist with global systems and user support while maintaining key performance indicators.
Act as an escalation triage point for unresolved technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
Support end users in regional offices.
Maintain performance standards for the support team.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate resolver groups. Qualifications:
Experience in end-user support and technical issue resolution.
Ability to maintain high performance standards.
Strong problem-solving skills in a technical environment. Core Technologies:
