Logistics Coordinator

Luqra is a fintech payment processing company supporting merchants, ISOs, and agents nationwide. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of payment terminal and POS equipment deployments. This role ensures that all devices are accurately prepared, configured, shipped, tracked, and received to support fast and seamless merchant onboarding. Responsibilities: Coordinate the deployment of payment terminals and POS equipment for merchant accounts. Stage, configure, and verify devices prior to shipment. Process daily outbound shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment. Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and external partners. (ISOs, agents, merchants) Receive, inspect, and process incoming equipment, including returns, replacements, and RMAs. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with reconciliation and discrepancy resolution. Perform quality assurance checks on devices prior to shipment. Maintain merchant deployment records and supporting documentation. Support terminal provisioning and configuration tasks. Respond to equipment and deployment-related inquiries, including over the phone troubleshooting. Maintain organized inventory and warehouse workspace. Follow established procedures and SLAs to support timely merchant onboarding. Evaluate returned equipment for restocking, refurbishment, or replacement eligibility. Qualifications: Required Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or inventory control processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced operational environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs as needed. Preferred 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, or merchant services. Experience in fintech, payment processing, POS systems, or merchant services. Familiarity with payment terminals or deployment workflows. Experience working with ISOs, agents, vendors, or merchant-facing operations. Familiarity with payment processing platforms. (TSYS or similar) Experience with inventory management or shipping systems.
