Senior Client Relationship Manager

Managing a portfolio of strategic Business Network accounts, the full-time Senior Client Relationship Manager will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth while working remotely across North America, primarily within the retail industry. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 100 customer accounts, focusing on relationship management and business growth Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities while maintaining accurate customer information and forecasting account revenue Negotiate contract renewals and resolve customer issues through effective collaboration with internal teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in account management or related fields 3-5 years of experience specifically in customer success, relationship management, or sales Strong understanding of the retail industry, including supply chain, EDI, and B2B transactions Proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving renewals Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems, preferably Salesforce
