Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other appropriate clinical tools to accurately diagnose and inform treatment plans.

• Develop personalized care plans that consider cultural diversity, special needs, and the unique challenges faced by patients impacted by cancer.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, utilizing evidence-based practices to refine interventions and support optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to prepare comprehensive treatment objectives, ensuring alignment with patient needs and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals effectively, acting as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers to enhance the continuum of care.

• Contribute to the development of fellow team members through mentoring, clinical collaboration, peer reviews, and providing teaching opportunities for students and interns.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
