Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Unit Department: Medical ICU Location: Jackson, MI Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)-Days Start Date: July 14, 2026 Pay Rate: Up to $57/hour Auto Offers Available Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Coordinate and manage patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge planning Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate Promote patient safety and quality outcomes through evidence-based nursing practice Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
