Join Our Dynamic Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for LTAC!

Job Description:


- *Exciting Opportunity:* Be part of a fast-paced Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting where you can make a real impact on patient care!


- *Work Schedule:*
- 6-week assignments available
- Required to work a minimum of every other weekend
- Flexible scheduling to meet unit and patient needs
- No on-call shifts, no self-scheduling, but the option to pick up extra shifts


- *Requirements:*
- Current AHA BLS certification (please attach any additional certifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Ability to cover Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties as needed
- Complete work history is essential, including bed count, EMR, and facility type


- *Travel Details:*
- Rates tiered based on mileage:
- Local (50 miles or less)
- Radius (51-100 miles)
- Travel (101 miles +)
- Reliable transportation is a must, as public transport is not available in the area. Personal or rental vehicles are recommended.


- *Additional Information:*
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- No block schedules for any reason
