Job Description

Take your stepdown cardiac nursing experience on the road with this 13-week contract in Manchester, New Hampshire. You will work in an emergency department setting caring for inpatient and CICU-level holds, supporting patients with conditions such as chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, and pneumonia. The assignment also includes post-cardiac catheterization care, ICD and pacemaker insertions, cardioversions, and management and titration of commonly used cardiac and critical-care drips.

This role uses a helping-hands and team-nursing approach, with the possibility of floating to similar units. You will work with equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris pumps, and Phillips monitoring systems. Candidates should have at least two years of experience, including a strong PCU background within the past year, along with ACLS, BCLS, and EPIC experience. Weekend coverage is every other weekend, and an EKG test is required upon arrival.
