As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Payroll Processing:· Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.· Ensure accuracy in time and attendance records and apply relevant payroll policies.Data Entry and Record Keeping:· Enter and maintain employee data in the payroll system.· Keep accurate records of employee information, tax withholdings, and other payroll-related details.Tax Compliance:· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.· Calculate and withhold income taxes, Social Security contributions, and other deductions as required.Benefits Administration:· Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.· Deduct and remit employee contributions to benefit plans.Payroll Reporting:· Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.· Generate reports for tax purposes, including year-end reports and W-2 forms.
