Location Berkeley Square. Schedules Full Time Night Shift (6:30 pm – 7:00 am) every third weekend rotation. Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident‑driven care plans. Manage staff assignments and maintain appropriate staffing ratios. Delegate duties to staff members within each individual's scope of practice, training and competency level. Provide direct leadership, supervision and support to nursing staff including RN, LPN and STNA. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or resident physician. Document following established clinical policies and procedures. Effectively communicate with residents, family members and co‑workers. Protect the health and safety of residents. Complete other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position. Be willing to lead by example and support your team in achieving goals, including performing duties of other nursing staff when needed. Qualifications Education: Graduate of Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing. Licenses or other required certifications: Must have current RN to practice nursing in the State of Ohio and hold a current CPR card. Experience: Previous experience in long‑term/geriatrics preferred. Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Familiar with infection control practices, OSHA guidelines relative to long‑term care, and Ohio Department of Health regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community First Solutions
