This role assists with baggage handling, aircraft servicing, passenger assistance, and coordination of ground support activities while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with airport safety regulations.What You Will Be DoingLoad and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and aircraft supplies safely and efficientlyAssist with aircraft arrivals and departures, including marshaling, chocking, and ground equipment setupTransport baggage and cargo between terminals, aircraft, and designated airport locationsProvide passenger assistance, including wheelchair support, gate assistance, and customer service as neededAssist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and connecting flight information when requiredOperate ground support equipment such as belt loaders, baggage carts, tugs, and tow equipment safelyEnsure baggage is handled accurately and delivered to the correct flightsFollow all airport safety procedures, TSA regulations, and company policiesConduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptlyCommunicate effectively with gate agents, dispatchers, supervisors, and flight crewsRespond quickly to operational changes, flight delays, and irregular operationsMaintain professionalism and a customer-focused attitude in all interactionsPerform other duties as requestedSafety, Security, Wellbeing and ComplianceYou will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
