Civil Project Coordinator (IWT)

Manage and supervise civil construction activities for EPC projects, including planning, subcontractor coordination, field execution, progress monitoring, schedule follow-up, quality coordination, and handover support. Oversee civil work packages such as earthwork, foundations, concrete structures, underground utilities, and site development while coordinating with other disciplines and project stakeholders ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review project scope, drawings, specifications, schedules, contract requirements, and execution plans to understand civil work requirements Coordinate daily civil construction work and monitor field progress against the project schedule and construction priorities Monitor civil construction quality and coordinate inspections, punch list resolution, turnover, and handover activities with QA/QC, subcontractors, and the Client. Maintain and process civil construction documents and records through the Client's document management system as required. Review subcontractor RFIs, submittals, inspection requests, work plans, and other technical or construction documents Coordinate with the Client regarding civil construction requirements, field issues, inspections, and priorities, and communicate applicable requirements to subcontractors and related project teams. Review EOR drawings, specifications, comments, and revisions, and coordinate required actions with related parties Ensure civil construction activities are performed in compliance with project safety requirements and procedures, in coordination with the Safety team. Identify and resolve civil field issues by coordinating with Engineering, QA/QC, Safety, subcontractors, and other disciplines to minimize impact on construction progress. Assumes other responsibilities assigned by the company Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years of experience at working in civil construction sites Ability to review and understand civil drawings, specifications, schedules, submittals, and construction documents Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups, strong commitment to results Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Navisworks, Bluebeam Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Demonstration of a strong customer-oriented mindset Demonstration of Strong compliance to procedures and guidelines Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment while searching to improve processes Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Related Certifications (PE, PMP) Proficient with CAD, 3D Modeling (Revit, Navisworks) Programs Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) projects Experience in domestic or international EPC projects. Experience in industrial and factory projects International and multi-cultural experience a plus (Additional) Ability to commute to assigned project sites and report to work as early as 6:00 AM when required. Willingness to travel or work night shifts occasionally based on project needs. Willingness to work overtime when required.
