$70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base and drive sales growth.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance.
• Utilize company-provided tools and resources to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.

How we will compensate you:

You have the power to drive your own income with our commission-based compensation. The average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contracts who met annual minimum sales production requirements in 2023 was $117,359.7 In that same year, the average income of the top 50 of those agents was $1.68M. Benefits for eligible full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.
