Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and windowsills
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs
• Provide courteous interactions with guests and the public
• Maintain organized and stocked janitorial supply areas
• Follow safety procedures and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, retail, commercial, or office cleaning experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift

This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
