An established plastics manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving production performance, developing people, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Develop supervisors and production teams. \n
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics. \n
- Partner with maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. \n
- Establish KPI-driven production management. \n
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation. \n
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence. \n
What Strong Looks Like

- 7+ years of production leadership experience in plastics manufacturing. \n
- Proven success leading manufacturing teams in a production environment. \n
- Experience improving productivity, quality, and operational performance. \n
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles. \n
- Experience developing supervisors and building high-performing teams. \n
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. \n
- A track record of delivering measurable operational results. \n
