This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment andselection process.
- Oversee employee onboardingand orientation programs.
- Administer employee benefitsand compensation programs.
- Handle employee relationsissues and provide conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with laborlaws and regulations.
- Conduct performance reviewsand provide feedback to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in humanresources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in human resources management.
- Strong understanding of HRpractices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multipletasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR softwareand systems.
