Therapy Development Representative
Medtronic Inc
Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Representative to drive adoption of peripheral vascular health therapies across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. The role combines sales strategy, clinical education, and account development to expand market share for new vascular products and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales budgets and account development targets quarterly and annually
- Train medical staff on new peripheral vascular products and procedures
- Identify and convert target accounts to drive market share growth and therapy adoption
- Develop and execute market development plans to expand product reach and customer adoption
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers, physicians, and administrators to support business objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- Associate's degree with 10+ years medical device, medtech, or healthcare sales experience
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years life sciences or medical device industry experience
- Valid driver's license required; ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Strong technical and clinical knowledge of vascular therapies and competitive products
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders
