Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Learning Specialist for the Office for Development and Academic Success in the Sciences (ODASIS). ODASIS is a Rutgers University campuswide academic support program dedicated to supporting students to excel in science and mathematics courses, leading to professional healthcare careers and health-related graduate programs. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides learning assistance to students within ODASIS. Supports students through one-on-one personalized academic plans, career advising, and mentoring. Develops programs and strategies to improve recruitment, retention, and graduation rates. Hires, trains and supervises peer Supplemental Instructors for the weekly academic support sessions and mandatory study halls to help students build the skills needed to succeed in the sciences. Salary and Benefits Minimum Salary: $68,278.48 Mid Range Salary: $84,393.98 Maximum Salary: $100,509.48 Rutgers provides a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
