Job Summary: The storeroom clerk plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment essential for quality patient care. This position ensures that supply rooms are accurately inventoried and well-stocked to meet the needs of various departments.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Receive all incoming supplies and equipment, verifying accuracy by comparing packing slips with physical counts before storage.
• Prepare receiving notices for goods and forward documentation to the Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Unpack shipments for storage or delivery and place items into inventory.
• Inspect, pull, and deliver par-level items to appropriate departments promptly.
• Fill supply orders adequately for all departments and deliver to specified areas.
• Conduct physical inventory of the supply room and report any surpluses or shortages to the Inventory Control Coordinator.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Shift: 4th Shift in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest.
