Work Schedule Approximately 45 hours per week Core hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday Why join us? Compensation & Benefits: Pay negotiable based on experience Attendance bonuses and bi-annual bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage Holiday pay and paid time off 401(k) with company match Climate-controlled manufacturing environment Job Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and specifications Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes Measure and inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, indicators, CMMs, optical comparators, and other precision gauges Troubleshoot issues Communicate with internal teams to resolve tooling challenges Select appropriate metals and materials based on specifications, performance requirements, and material properties Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
