Substance Salon in Rutherford is a leader in premium men's grooming and we are expanding our barber team.
We are looking for skilled barbers who want to work in a busy, modern environment with real earning potential and professional growth. This is not a typical barbershop its a premium Men's Salon specializing in modern styles. At Substance Salon you would be elevating your career and charging more for your work and earning earn more than you ever can in most local shops.
