We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our event setup team. This is a great opportunity for college students or anyone looking to earn extra income through occasional weekend work. Job Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading event décor and equipment. Help set up and break down backdrops, floral arrangements, props, and event decorations. Transport and organize event materials. Follow setup instructions and work efficiently with the team. Handle delicate décor and equipment carefully. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and professional. Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and occasional evenings. Must be comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations. Must communicate promptly regarding availability and scheduled shifts. Must be able to follow directions and work well with others. Previous event experience is helpful but not required. Scheduling & Compensation This is an as-needed, event-based position , not a traditional part-time job. Work is offered based on scheduled events and business needs. Hours vary from week to week. No guaranteed weekly hours. On-site event work pays $20 per hour, with a three-hour minimum. Additional preparation work may be offered separately, with compensation communicated in advance. Once a shift is accepted, punctuality and reliable attendance are essential. Who We’re Looking For Someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
