Senior Social Media Specialist

To enhance brand awareness and drive engagement, the full-time Senior Social Media Specialist will implement and manage social media initiatives for the Global Pet Care & Global Home Care brands, focusing on both paid and organic strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage social media programs across key platforms, including Meta and TikTok, for paid, organic, influencer, and social commerce initiatives Monitor campaign delivery and performance, optimizing budgets, targeting, and creative elements in line with defined KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams and platform partners to ensure effective campaign setup, troubleshooting, and adherence to best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or a related field 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management Strong understanding of social campaign objectives, audience targeting, and media buying methods Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Passion for social media trends and community building Virtual Vocations Inc
