We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support a busy manufacturing team in Warren, Ohio. The person in this role will contribute to daily sales support activities, maintain accurate records, and work closely with colleagues to keep priorities moving forward.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative activities for the sales function and help maintain smooth day-to-day department operations.
• Prepare, update, and organize spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Enter and maintain sales-related information in internal systems to support timely order processing and follow-up.
• Assist the team with post-sales support tasks and general coordination needs tied to customer and order activity.
• Manage several assignments at once, adjusting priorities as business demands change throughout the day.
• Work collaboratively with team members to track deadlines, share updates, and keep projects progressing on schedule.
• Provide additional departmental assistance as needed, stepping in to resolve routine support needs and administrative gaps.• Previous experience in administrative support, sales support, or a similar office-based role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including routine spreadsheet updates and data management.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Clear communication skills and a positive approach to working with internal teams.
• Ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Experience related to order entry, inside sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or post-sales support is preferred.
