The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency nursing. Candidates should possess required certifications including ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC. The role will involve caring for patients with a variety of conditions including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and psychiatric emergencies. Patient ratios vary: 4:1 for standard patients, 2:1 for critical patients, and 6:1 for fast track. The work environment will require a team-oriented individual who is hard-working and resilient. Dress code includes scrub colors of choice, with restrictions on non-scrub attire. No call requirements are expected for this position.
