Position: Roofing Restoration Technician
We are seeking an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you have extensive residential roofing experience and enjoy diagnosing and repairing roofing issues, we want to hear from you.
As a trusted family-owned roofing company serving homeowners for over 30 years, we provide a stable work environment, consistent work, and opportunities to grow with an established team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential roofing systems
- Identify sources of roof leaks and water intrusion
- Perform roofing repairs, maintenance, and service work
- Evaluate roofing conditions and recommend solutions
- Complete work safely and professionally
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential roofing experience
- Strong roof repair and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to identify leak sources and roofing defects
- Knowledge of roofing systems, flashing details, ventilation, and installation practices
- Understanding of OSHA and construction safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Valid driver's license preferred
