Super Scoopers is looking for a fulltime Field Technician to join our growing team. This role offers independence, a consistent schedule, and the chance to earn based on your productivity. Job Summary As a Field Technician, you’ll independently complete daily service routes using a company-provided truck. You’ll interact with clients, maintain communication with the office, and deliver high-quality service in the field. What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding, “wow-worthy” customer service Clean residential properties by removing pet waste Secure gates and sanitize equipment after each visit Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Communicate client requests, notes, and updates to the office Report vehicle maintenance or repair needs Pay & Benefits $10/hour during training Commission-based pay after training (most technicians earn $16–$18/hour + tips) Weekly pay Company truck (take-home after training; gas and tolls covered) Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time 401(k) with 1% employer match Requirements High school diploma Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening At least 21 years old What We’re Looking For Able to walk 5–8 miles daily and lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable and punctual (routes start as early as 7:00 AM) Comfortable using an iPhone and GPS Bonus Experience (Not Required) Pest control Pool cleaning Landscaping Construction or other physical labor roles Note: This is physically demanding work. You’ll be moving quickly throughout the day in varying weather conditions—but for the right person, it’s rewarding, active, and never boring.
