Required Skills & Experience:

  • Current Paraprofessional certification (required)
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic classroom environments
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist teachers in delivering instruction and implementing classroom activities
  • Provide direct support and encouragement to individual students or small groups
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive environment
  • Support students with special needs as directed by lead educators and IEP plans
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing school training and professional development
  • Contribute to the positive culture of the school community by fostering respect and cooperation
