Front Desk Attendant - Seasonal

This is a seasonal, non-union position. This position works 30-40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with purchasing waterpark admissions and memberships.
• Answers questions from guests and offers suggestions when appropriate.
• Interacts with guests to encourage proper use of all facilities.
• Monitors behavior of members and visitors to make sure all are having a safe and enjoyable time.
• Works cash register and performs opening and closing operations.
• Enforces policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintains a professional, helpful attitude at all times.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly and lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to communicate and respond to inquiries effectively.
• Regular, punctual in-person attendance.
• Ability to interact with and be courteous to fellow employees and participants of diverse backgrounds.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
