Participate in leadership development and team-building initiatives. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or a related field. Active insurance license(s) preferred. A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience developing business through referrals, networking, or community relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills. A commitment to serving families with integrity and professionalism. A desire to grow beyond personal production into leadership and mentorship.
