Performance Data Analyst

Join our Workforce Solutions team as a Performance Data Analyst and play a key role in driving transparency, accountability, and data-informed decision-making across Workforce Solutions programs. In this impactful and analytical role, you’ll design and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide program performance and strategy. Working closely with leadership, QA, and compliance teams, you’ll analyze trends across multiple systems, monitor performance against contractual benchmarks, and deliver comprehensive reports that highlight opportunities for continuous improvement. You’ll also train staff to effectively interpret data visualizations, ensuring insights are leveraged across the organization.
