What We Offer: Competitive base pay and overall compensation package Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays 401K ROOM FOR GROWTH Job Details What You Will Do Provide administrative and litigation support to family law attorneys Prepare, draft, proofread, and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, declarations, and correspondence Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and case schedules Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files E-file documents with California courts Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits and preparing binders Track outstanding tasks and deadlines to keep cases moving efficiently What You Bring Previous experience in a legal setting (Exposure to family law is a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn legal software Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information A genuine desire to learn and grow in a legal environment Interested in hearing more?
