HR Operations Partner

Whitecap Search is seeking a highly skilled HR professional to manage and optimize HR systems, administer payroll, and drive employee engagement and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR systems, employee relations, and talent acquisition to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Own and manage HR systems (ADP Workforce Now, Kronos/UKG), ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and reporting to support operational decisions. Administer payroll and timekeeping, including reviewing timecards, managing scheduling policies, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Lead employee relations and compliance efforts, handling investigations, coaching supervisors, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and company policies. Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning, partnering with operations to forecast labor needs, manage recruiting pipelines, and improve onboarding outcomes. Promote employee development and engagement, coordinating training programs, supporting leadership development, and implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Requirements 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or distribution (food industry preferred). Hands‑on administration of ADP Workforce Now and Kronos/UKG Time & Attendance (pay rules, schedules, accruals, reporting). Strong working knowledge of employment law, investigations, documentation, and consistent policy application. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Preferred: HR analytics/reporting, bilingual English/Spanish, exposure to OSHA/GFSI and audit readiness.
