MSP Account Manager

MSP Account Manager - Norwood, MA We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our client within the MSP program. How you will contribute As a dedicated Account Manager, you will drive requisition fulfillment and manage critical relationships with staffing suppliers and hiring managers to maintain our strategic partnership and promote program growth. Your typical day includes Managing the end-to-end requisition process to ensure the timely fulfillment of all staffing needs. Acting as the main point of contact for the contingent workforce. Identifying and maximizing opportunities to expand client relationships and MSP services. Your responsibilities include Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong connections with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, and internal teams. Program Growth: Promoting the growth of the MSP program through strategic partnership maintenance. Account Oversight: Serving as the dedicated liaison to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. Your background Experience: 3+ years of experience within the staffing industry or an MSP environment. Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Key capabilities Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates. A high sense of urgency with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Strong work ethic and high motivation for personal and professional success. Key relationships Hiring Managers. Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced growth environment. Commitment to modeling behaviors of courage and accountability. Benefits Compensation: Base salary range of $52,200 - $67,040 . Total compensation may include a variable pay plan (bonus/commissions) based on eligibility.
