Every new job comes with new plans and specs. You will need to layout your crew to perform in an efficient and safe manner. Ensuring the safety of your crew is of the upmost importance. You will be required to keep track of your crew's time and ensure all paperwork is turned in in a timely manner. You always interact courteously and respectfully with our clients. You work efficiently and with attention to detail, leaving each customer pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience in general. You are service-oriented and get great satisfaction out of a job well done!Job QualificationsA Valid Driver's license is requiredExcellent communication skillsPrevious experience as a foreman on a fence installation crewTime managementAmazing work ethic, physically strong and able to work a full shift out in the elementsStrong leaderMUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A FENCE COMPANY.Must have knowledge on how to install- Commercial Chain Link, Ornamental Aluminum, Vinyl, and other types of fencing materials.Do you love building and working with your hands?
