You'll work directly with leadership, contribute to operational decisions, and help drive financial performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements. Manage general ledger activities and maintain accounting records. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy. Support external audits and tax compliance activities. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strengthen internal controls and support process improvement initiatives. Partner with operational leaders across the business. Mentor and support junior accounting staff. Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment. Strong general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting experience. Ability to independently perform and resolve complex account reconciliations. Experience working with ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
