About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions in various settings.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to behavior technicians and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA and LBA certification in New York State.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
