Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions in various settings.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA and LBA certification in New York State.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with children and their families.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
