$22 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with customers throughout the day.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Assist customers with product information and order status updates
- Help resolve customer issues in a professional and positive manner
- Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams
- Support various office and customer service functions as needed
- Jump in and help where needed as part of a small, team-oriented company

Customer service, office administration, wholesale, distribution, or B2B experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday through Friday
- Typical schedule is approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Some flexibility available on start and end times
