We're hiring a Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations at a busy shopping center in Lake Grove, NY.This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on staying active, leading by example, and maintaining a strong security presence in a retail environment.Position Highlights:Pay: $20.09 per hourSchedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)Shifts:Friday, Saturday 2p-10p, Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm, Monday and Tuesday 2pm-10pmFriday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 4pm-12amMust be available weekends and eveningsWhat You'll Do:Supervise and lead a small on-site security teamPerform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping centerEnsure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectationsRespond promptly to incidents, escalate when needed, and complete reportsAct as the primary point of contact between the site and security managementWhat We're Looking For:Proven leadership skills in a security or similar rolePhysically able to walk and stand for the full shift (this is an active role)Reliable, professional, and punctualExcellent communication and team coordination skillsMust have reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NYNote: This position requires a high level of visibility and on-foot engagement.
