Medical Front Desk Receptionist

If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy interacting with the general public, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cumming on Buford Highway is hiring a Medical Front Desk / Receptionist! Experience working in a healthcare front desk environment is a huge plus in this role, which we call Client Care Specialist. As the first and last person our amazing clients see when they enter and leave our cutting-edge facility, your role is central to our daily operations. Here, you will join a champion team that works together to help grateful patients get back to the lives they love. Experience that will set you apart includes working with electronic medical records software, insurance verifications, prior authorizations, and interacting with other medical offices. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow, consistent payment collection, and efficient patient scheduling. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are essential. You will contact potential patients, handle incoming calls, manage and track referrals, verify and track benefits and authorizations, respond to records requests, and more.
